I think it is close to being great, but it misses somehow. It goes to the vein of talk on TV akin to CNN and FoXNews politics where they just yell at one another. The comedy on TC is hard to distill, and it sometimes gets rude. I know that they are professional comics and they're bantering with one another in that mode, like they are back stage in a comedy club, but that just misses my mind with what they are trying to do. And after the Daily Show, I'm in such a good mood, but TC sometimes deflates that.

I don't quite know what to make of TC. It definitely fails a lot of the time, with brief moments of serendipitous hilarity in between total bombs. The political discussions are generally asinine--four ignorant people yelling about things they don't know--but it is sometimes funny.

It's not great. But I don't hate it. And I'm not quite sure why.

For the most part I dig it. Not something I need to watch on a regular basis or anything.

Sometimes their ignorane bothers me, but then you gotta remember that while they do discuss serious topics they're still just bullshitting most of the time.

It kinda reminds me of debating something when you're drunk. Occassionally good points are made but for the most part its complete horseshit.

All in all if they wanted you to take it seriously it wouldn't be on Comedy Central.

Not always funny, but usually pretty eccentric.
